In Parts 1 and 2 she mostly relies on gestures to complete the test tasks. In Part 4, however, her answers are either irrelevant, or she answers in Russian.

Anastasia requires significant support from the examiner in all parts of the exam, but she is unable to answer some of the questions even after extensive support has been given (for example, she can’t describe what the woman is wearing or how many people there are in the picture).

Anastasia is a weak example of a Band 2 candidate. Her answers are mostly one-word answers, and she requires a lot of support. She is able to go through the test giving some meaningful answers and she can be given credit for attempting to answer the questions in the most difficult Part 4.
